The American Heart Association's Heart360® is a convenient and secure location for you to track and manage your heart health. Record your health data with the online trackers, access additional information and resources on how to be heart healthy, and even share your results with your provider (your provider can provide you with their provider number to share results).  



This simple assessment is based on the knowledge and expertise of The American Heart Association. Your assessment will help you understand what simple steps you may need to take to improve your heart health and quality of life. From there you will be directed to specific action plans that will help you get informed, change your behaviors and move you closer to your individual health goals.

Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center’s Heart Center delivers advanced cardiovascular care, close to home for area residents. We’ve brought together heart team members with years of experience and invested in a well equipped cardiovascular operating rooms, imaging systems, monitoring systems, recovery and post-op care units and training for our nurses and technologists.

Our Heart Center team is a team of highly trained cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeon, perfusionists, registered nurses, technologists and technicians. Team members work together to care for patients before, during and after surgery and procedures.
