Fitness Instructors

Rhona Roth

Rhonda Roth has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for her company, Body Blast, LLC. She is also a Life Coach for a network marketing company based in Dallas TX, DynaMAXX, Inc. She has competed as a Figure Competitor in several fitness competitions which helped her understand the importance of proper nutrition when achieving any fitness goal. Rhonda has BS degree in Psychology. She is the mother of three children, Abigale, Sam and Jacob.

Aside from her passion for fitness, for the past 7 years, Rhonda has raised designer and purebred puppies. Some of her hobbies include hunting, riding horses, camping, rodeo, four wheeler riding, and being outside.

Rhonda’s goal as your trainer is, “…to educate and teach you about nutrition, exercise and all aspects of fitness so that you can watch your body transform, and also learn about everything necessary to make long term life style changes”.

Belinda Faltys

Belinda Faltys has been a personal trainer since 2006, receiving her training at Belleville, IL Scott Air Force Base. She is the owner and operator of Bfitt, LLC in Poplar Bluff.

Belinda is a certified AFAA Personal Trainer. She has been certified through the AFAA for additional specialties such as Exercise and Obesity, Youth Fitness, Aqua Fitness, and Stress Management. 

She is a certified in American Red Cross Adult AED and Adult CPR and American Red Cross First Aid and Child CPR & AED.

Belinda lives in Poplar Bluff, MO and is married to her husband Shane Faltys. Together they have 3 children.

Ronnie Cline

Ronnie Cline is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. He is also a NPC Competitor, winning two contests for Master’s Men Physique. Ronnie is currently working towards going PRO in 2013, with a goal to be the 1st PRO in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Ronnie is CPR certified and well known in the local area for his group fitness class, Gladiator.

Rick Pretz

Rick Pretz joined the PARC's group of fitness class instructors in the summer of 2010. He has been a long time member of the PARC. Prior to becoming a certified Spinning Instructor he had spent 4 years attending the 5:30 am, weekday Spinning Class at the PARC. Though Rick has been employed the last 26 years with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources as an Environmental Inspector, one of his major fields of study in earning his college degree was Physical Education. Additionally, Rick qualified for a Teaching Certificate.
