  • 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday

Dietary Counseling

Whether you are a diabetic with a referral for Nutritional Therapy or someone just looking for some help creating a healthy, effective weight loss diet tailored specific for you, we can help.

Fitness Consults are available for Meal Planning and Caloric adjustment to help you maximize your workouts effectiveness.  Fitness Members check with the front desk to schedule an appointment.

  • Five 30-minute sessions - $80
  • Twelve 30-minute sessions - $160
  • Five 1-hour sessions - $160

Packag B - $180

  • Five 60-minute personal training sessions

Hourly Personal Training Rates - Group of 2

  • Single Session        $25 per person
  • 12 Sessions             $200 per person

B.E.S.T Sports Enhancement Training

Bluff Excellence in Sports Training is a custom Sports Enhancement Program designed to meet the needs of the athlete and their sport. Summer camps meet three times a week for six weeks.
